Shipping Information
The shipping costs are automatically calculated depending on the options you have chosen. Your package will leave our warehouse in two (2) working days from the date of order. For example, if you place your order after 4:30 pm (NES) Monday, your package will be leaving our warehouse at the latest on Wednesday during the same week.
International Shipping
We ship from Canada to all destinations, except Europe. In Europe, the orders are shipped from France.
Return of goods
The product is non returnable and non refundable.

Our web site is hosted on servers owned and managed by a third-party, Clicnet. Our servers automatically log information about visits to our web site in the normal course of establishing and maintaining Web connections. Cancelling an order
You cannot cancel an order that's already been placed. If you must cancel you will be responsible of the conditions mentionned below. Remburssement will be made once the suspension process in completed. Please note that it is difficult to deter delay time for you cancellation because of the speed of our service. This means because your orders are instantly treated through our system each cancellation needs to be treated with your credit card and those delay do not depend of us.
Refunding policy
Products purchased from our webshop are not refundable. Productionsdoz.com will refund if the shipped product is not the one purchased by the customer. If there is a defect, we will replace it without additional fees. Some conditions apply. First, you must email your refound request to info@productionsdoz.com, mentionning the reason and your order number. We will refund the credit used for the purchase and send you confirmation.
