LECLERCQ, Norbert (Belgium)
 The guitarist and composer Norbert Leclercq was born in 1944 and presently lives in Brussels. His works for solo guitar, guitar duets and guitar quartets are published in Belgium, France, Germany and Britain.
Norbert Leclercq is an international performer and teacher. He has written pedagogical works on playing in position and also directs the ensemble "Color" which is made up of 12 guitars.
